Services of the TO JÁ. self photo studio are provided by Zuzana Peterová, company ID 17471958, not a VAT payer. Studio: Ztracená 33, 779 00 Olomouc, Czech Republic. Phone +420 605 146 406, e-mail suzi.peterova@gmail.com. The Czech version of these terms is binding.
2. Booking and payment
Book on the website and pay by bank transfer using the QR code. The slot is held for the time shown with your booking (usually 60 minutes). If the payment does not arrive in time, the booking expires. The contract is concluded once the full payment is credited to our account.
3. Cancellation
Cancel via the link in your e-mail. Cancellations 48 hours or more before the session are refunded in full, 24 to 48 hours before at 50%. Later cancellations and no-shows are not refunded. Rescheduling is possible by phone at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds are sent within 14 days to the account you paid from. Under Czech law there is no 14-day withdrawal right for leisure services provided on a specific date.
4. Gift vouchers
Vouchers are valid for 12 months, can be used once and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Photos
Your photos are yours. You receive them within 24 hours via a download link valid for 14 days, after which they are permanently deleted. We never publish them without your explicit consent.
6. Complaints
Contact us by e-mail or phone. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) handles out-of-court consumer disputes.
